She was predeceased by: her parents, Spears Cheshire and Gladys Owings Cheshire. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Glen Ashley, Jr.; her sons, Melvin Glen "Trey" Ashley, III (Megan) of Port Charles, FL, Christopher Lee Ashley (Shanna) of Locust Grove, GA and Lucas Blake Ashley (Iris) of Kapoei, HI; and her grandchildren, Cameron, Evan, Harper, Piper, Quinn, River, Lucas, Vanessa, Kai and Alana.
In Lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Honea Path First Baptist Church Youth, 100 S. Main St., Honea Path, SC 29654.
