He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Earl Judd and Marilyn Harsch Judd. He is survived by: his wife Ann Clarke Judd; his son Ben Califf (Whitley); his sisters, Melanie Judd Abbot (Tom) and Laurie Judd Neuhaus (Gary); his cousins, Linda Quick Ahern, Scott Stokoe (Nancy) and Lisa Stokoe Heuermann (Todd); his siblings-in-law, Catherine Clarke Dickey (David) and Bobby Clarke (Paula); and his friend Florence Norman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
