He was predeceased by: his parent William Ellis. He is survived by: his parent Mary Ellen McCants Evans; his children, Ellis Major (Heath) and Zak Chapman (Caytee); and his siblings, Ed Evans, Chris Evans (Norma), Gracie Farrow (Glenn), Emalee Dillard (Mark) and Jeannie Everett (Kent).
