He is survived by: his wife Brenda Capps of Dorchester, SC; his sons, Troy Leo Capps (Kimberly) of Hanahan, SC and Shane Capps (Heather) of Ridgeville, SC; his sisters, Dru Strickland-Ackerman (Marc) of Charleston, SC, Milner Strickland (Norman) of Huger, SC, Joyce Farmer of Barnesville, SC and Geneva Harrelson of Conway, SC; and his grandchildren, Troy Leo Capps II, Hanna Capps, Kaitlyn Marley (Tom), Gracyn Capps, Kylee Liston, Kaden Liston and Emma Grace Kornahrens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
