He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rufus, Reginald Cusack and Patricia Britt. He is survived by: his wife Arlethia; his son Jermaine Cusack; his grandson Jameer Cusack; his siblings, Willie Joe Cusack, Betty Singletary, Ollie Smith, Gerona Anderson, Clara Riley (Michael), Jackie Simon and Caroline Cusack; his aunts, Willie Lee Cusack and Hattie Cusack; and his brother Johnny L. Mosley. He is also survived by numerous brothers- in-law, sisters- in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
