He was predeceased by: his mother Millie K Janis; his niece Jan Crosby; and his parents-in-law, Ray Thompson and Mildred Nelson. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Janis Perry; his wife Toni; his son-in-law Wells Perry; his granddaughter Taylor Perry; and his sister Sherri Reeves. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
