James Way Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Way of Dorchester, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on July 19, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Ross Way, Sr. and Eleanor Bonnett Way. He is survived by: his wife Imogene Risher Way; his son Randall S. Way; his grandchildren, Jessica Sherman (Brandon), Dale Hathaway (Alyssa), Kayla Carter (Daniel) and James Hathaway (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Anthony Vititoe (CJ), Braylin Vititoe, Paisley Behling, Leanne Grimes, Casey Carter, Boe Hathaway and Abel Hathaway; and his siblings, Ervin Way, Jr. (Patty) of California, Bobbie Walsh (Frank), Jacqueline Hilton (Ancrum), Margret Lehmann and Myrtle Beach.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory or to the Dorchester Cemetery fund at Salem United Methodist Church.
