He is survived by: his wife Ruth Morris Rudd; his stepchildren, Shiela Vonnie Westbury (Richard), Waylon "Skeeter" Cutter (Valerie) and Derrick Ray Cutter; his grandchildren, Hayden Cutter, Lexi Cutter, Drake Cutter, Peyton Herndon, Tyler Westbury, Taylor Westbury and Rachel Westbury; his brother Tony; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Rudd and Michael Southerland.
