She is survived by: her husband James Patrick Lowe of Bowie Street; her son-in-law Charles; her children, David Elwood of Due West and Renee Davis (Charles) of Hartwell, GA; her siblings, Herbert Elwood, Gary Elwood, William Elwood, Evelyn Strickland and Sharon Hynson; her grandchildren, Emily Elwood, Brandon Elwood, Gianna Elwood, Trenton Allen and Kailee Allen; and her great grandchildren, Julianne Jean Allen and Kevianna Kashmeire Fletcher.
