He was predeceased by: his parent C. Collins; and his son Matthew Collins. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Self Collins; his wife LeaAnn Young Collins; his daughter Theresa Sullivan of Donalds; his grandchildren, Austin Collins, Kolt Collins, Keegan Snipes, Taleas, Kaleb and Kaden Sullivan; and his siblings, Gail Storay (James) of Hickory Tavern, Patricia Fuller (Tommy) of Anderson and Barry Collins of Hickory Tavern.
