She was predeceased by: her husband Leon; her parents, Tarrant Phillips and Fannie Ethel Roark Phillips; and her siblings, David, Alton, Furman, Bob, Inez, Ruth, Hazel, Claude, Clyde, Jerry, Jim "Catbutter", Lillie Mae and Lois.
She is survived by: her sons, James "Slick" (Mary Ann) and Randal (Teresa); her grandchildren, Michelle Autry (Dallas), Joshua Lollis (Andrea) and Jonathan Lollis (Jane-Marie); and her great grandchildren, Samantha Autry, Laney Lollis, Gabriel Hazlett, Holly Lollis and Hannah Lollis.
