He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Louie and Margaret Gwinn Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Karen Nicholson Cobb; his children, Robert Louie Cobb (Anna) of Donalds and Kelsey Cobb Deleon (Joe) of Summerville; his siblings, James Louie "Buddy" Cobb (Joyce) of Ware Shoals, Calvin Bruce Cobb of McCormick, Gwen Cobb Brocklehurst (Charles) of Laurens and Marsha Cobb Walker of Ware Shoals; and his grandchildren, Max, Gabe Yoakum, Cash and Anniston Deleon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ware Shoals First Baptist Church (30 S Greenwood Ave, Ware Shoals, SC 29692). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers memorials should be made to the Ware Shoals First Baptist Church, Box 449, Ware Shoals, SC 29692 or to Hospice of the Piedmont, 408 W. Alexander St., Greenwood, SC 29646.
