She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. McDonald and Katherine Patricia "Patsy" Pearman McDonald; and her brother John W. McDonald. She is survived by: her sister Dana M. Ellis (Carol); her niece Jana E. Burton (Josh); and her nephew T. J. Ellis. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
