She was predeceased by: her parents, James David and Catherine Gambrell Ashley; and her brother Johnny H. Ashley. She is survived by: her children, John Cooper (Susan) of Greenwood and Dianne Boykin (Shawn) of Summerville; her sisters, Aliene Creel of Williamston and Peggy Santoyo (Bill) of Honea Path; and her grandchildren, Ross, Clark and Olivia.
