She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Smalls and Lethea Powers Smalls; her daughter Renee Powers; and her siblings, Margaret Smalls, Elget, Charles, Wade, Nelson and Lynwood Smalls.
She is survived by: her children, Grady Powers (Connie) of Dillon and Paula Powers (Debbie) of Dillon; her grandchildren, Sonny Lee Parker of Dillon, Amanda Powers of Dillon, Chelsey Powers of Dillon, Becca Powers of Dillon and Mirakle Hodge of Dillon; her niece Kristy; her nephew Steve Myers of Dillon; and her close friends, Chris, Charlene Hamilton, James Oxendine (Nat) and Boyd Turner.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (209 Black Branch Rd, Dillon, SC 29536). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home Chapel (209 Black Branch Rd, Dillon, SC 29536).
