He is survived by: his parents, Roland Lee Packer, Sr. and Barbara Patterson Packer of Lake View; his daughters, Olivia Roxanne Packer (Noah) of Lake View, Paisley Grace Packer of Chadborn, NC and Natasha Marshburn of Chadbourn, NC; his siblings, Angel Packer Thomas (Demond Pittman) of Lake View and Jason Edmond Packer, Sr. of Lake View; his granddaughter Penelope Wrenn; his daughter Natalie Packer of Lake View; his grandmother Betty Merrett; his nieces, Brittney McKoy, Montrell Thomas (Noelle) and Hannah Packer (Austin); his nephew Jason "JJ" Edmond Packer, Jr.; and his close friend Stephen Hardin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, & cousins.
