He was predeceased by: his parent Myrtle Marsh; and his son Robin Lyn Evans. He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Evans of Dillon; his sons, Ronnie Dean Evans, Kenneth Steven Evans, Jeffrey Gray Evans and James Allen Evans; his stepchildren, George Williamson (Jimmie Lynn), Wendy Melvin (Nelson) and Kelly Williamson (Stacy); and his brother Hubert Marsh.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (209 Black Branch Rd, Dillon, SC 29536). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (1303 E White Pond Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340).
