She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Cecil Gainey, Sr. and Mary Sue Teal Gainey; and her brothers, Weldon Cecil Gainey, Jr. and Wallace Lee Gainey. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Kenneth White (Erin) of Dillon and Donovan Lee White (Tricia Jensen) of Goose Creek; her grandchildren, Trysha White of Cheraw, Samatha White of Hartsville, Ariel White of Kentucky, Shane White of Kentucky, Khalah Whitaker (Levi), Paul White III of North Carolina, Brooks, Declan, Easton White of Goose Creek, Brittney McRae (Devonte) and Christopher George of Dillon; and her friend Paul White, Sr. of Patrick. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (209 Black Branch Rd, Dillon, SC 29536). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (1252 SC-57, Dillon, SC 29536).
