She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Barfield and Arnettie Herring Barfield; and her siblings, Helen Hulon, Claudia Sanders, Jerry Barfield, Danny Lee Barfield and Billy Ray Barfield.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Wayne Barfield and David Jackson; her sisters, Edna Lollis of Greenville, SC, Wanda Berry of Mullins, Joyce Woodbury and Lois T. Miller of Lake View; and her cousin Janice Bryant of Latta.
