She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard Mann and Mary Vernell Thomas Mann. She is survived by: her sons, Tracy Neal of Florida and Richard Neal of Dillon, SC; her grandchildren, Danielle Bower, Amber Neal and Kristopher Neal; and her great grandchild Kyler Neal.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home Chapel (209 Black Branch Rd, Dillon, SC 29536). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
