David Eugene Fulmer; her siblings, William Felix Livingston (Mary), Horace Asbury Livingston, Jr., Florence Livingston Haltiwanger (Albert), Lynn Livingston Ruff (Odell), Leander Livingston (Brenda) and David Livingston (Diane); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Livingston, Brenda Livingston, Albert Haltiwanger, Odell Ruff, Jim Rikard, James Carol Fulmer, Colie Marvin Fulmer, Herman Odell Fulmer, Sr. and Joseph Roy Fulmer.
She is survived by: her sons, Hank E. Fulmer (Lisa), Timothy H. Fulmer, Philip C. Fulmer (Judy) and Andrew L. Fulmer (Tenisha); her grandchildren, Eric Fulmer (Kaleigh), Timothy H. Fulmer II (Samantha), Seth Fulmer, Justin Fulmer, Nicholas Fulmer, Kaitlyn Fulmer, Jonathan Fulmer (Sarah), Caleb Fulmer (Rachael), Aaron Fulmer, Julia Fulmer and Tristan Nicole Fulmer (Nikki); her siblings, Virgil Livingston (Ann), Magdalene Livingston Rikard (Jim) and Llewella Livingston Fulmer (Herman Sr.); her sisters-in-law, Diane Livingston, Lidie Fulmer, Frances Fulmer and Joyce Fulmer; and her husband Southern Methodist Churches. She is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews and many extended family.
