He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton "Smitty" Smith and Belle Smith; and his sister Eileen Baggerly. He is survived by: his son Jody Reeves; his grandson Jared of Denmark; his sisters, Rosie Hutto (John) of Bamberg and Connie Morris of Bamberg; his nephews, John Anthony Hutto and John Calvin Hutto; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelli Nicole Hutto, Terry Mathis Morris, Kristopher Morris, Eileen Suzette Keyhole and Kenneth "Ken" Kennedy.
