She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baptist Carrin and Macie Bell Mathis Carrin; her husband Billy Whelchel Self, Sr.; and her sister Frances Prentice. She is survived by: her children, Billy Whelchel Self, Jr. (Cathy) of Denmark, SC, Diane Raymond Dunn (Self) of Molena, GA and Karen Self Dilts (Gil) of Rimrock, AZ. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
