It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lonnie Gibson Jr. (Denmark, South Carolina), born in Bamberg, South Carolina, who passed away on October 16, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Dewey Gibson, Sr. and Estelle Zorn Gibson; his siblings, Louise Avant, Elizabeth Buchanan, Edward Gibson and Phillip Gibson; and his son Robert Wayne Gibson.
He is survived by: his sister Janie Sue Bell; his son Ronnie Eugene; his daughter-in-law Alice Gibson; his grandson David Eugene (Susan Gibson); his great grandchildren, Margaret Eleanor, Caroline Louise and Joshua of Leon; his pet Noah; and also Anna Elizabeth.
