He was predeceased by: his parent Johnny Luther Blume, Jr.; and his spouse BeBeta "Betty" Martin Blume. He is survived by: his parent Mattie Whittle Blume; his son Tracy Neal Blume of Imperial Beach, CA; his sister Jenny of Blackville; his sisters-in-law, Mary E. Martin Gibson of Blackville and Elaine Whetstone (Billy) of Cope; his grandchildren, Alicia Nicole Blume, Yesenia Celeste Blume and Brain Anthony Blume; his nephew Joshua Dyches; his niece Jennifer Dyches (Rodney); and also Noles of Blackville. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
