She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Freeburn and Sabina Freeburn (Jordan); her husband Joe of Daufuskie Island, SC; her children, Robin Gervasoni of Portland, OR, Joe Jr. (Jeri McGonnell), Chris McGonnell (Ann Liu) and Heather (Scot Schrager); and her grandchildren, Brandon, Abby, Jordan, Liam, Lucas, Samantha and Alyssa.
She was also very active in numerous charities throughout her life and donated a lot of her time to children's charities. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sabina's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Daufuskie Historical Society.
