With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Weatherford Jr. (Darlington, South Carolina), who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Weatherford and Estelle Bailey Weatherford; and his siblings, James, Woody Weatherford, Ruth, Irene Weatherford and Maybell Meads.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smothers Weatherford; his sons, Paul Weatherford, Marc Weatherford (Tina) and Keith Weatherford (Rene); and his grandchildren, Chandler, Rylan, Abbi, Elizabeth and Madison Sturgeon.
