Virginia Shepard Howell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2022, at the age of 94, Virginia Shepard Howell of Darlington, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sedrick Samuel Shepard and Bessie Griggs Shepard; her husband Brastice Howell; her son Keith Howell; and her siblings, Harry, Harvey Shepard and Elsie Swink.
She is survived by: her son Sam "Sammy" Howell (Ann) of Cross Hill, SC; her granddaughter Jennifer Cheek (Brad); her great grandchild Jenna Cheek of Clinton, SC; her siblings, Willie M. "Bill" Shepard of Piedmont, SC. and Jenny; and also, Michael Buck and Robin Young. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
Jenny would want us to always remember to "love one another" and asked that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 505 W. Smith Ave, Darlington, SC 29532.
