He is survived by: his wife Shardaben Patel; his children, Anishbhai Patel, Manishbhai Patel and Darshana Amin; his grandchildren, Deep Patel, Hasit Patel and Mohin Amin; and his brothers, Umakant Patel, Chandrakant Patel, Jitendra Patel and Bharat Patel.
