He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Harvey Bailey and Mary Sims Bailey; his daughter Alicia Bailey Burbage; his brother Danny Harvey Bailey; his nephew Daniel Bailey; and his father-in-law Daniel "Dan" E. Dowling.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Dowling Bailey; his sons, Stanley Jason Bailey and Joseph Ryan Bailey (Callie); his grandchildren, Kaleb Burbage, Kalie Burbage, Kyle Burbage, Nicholas Bailey, Anna Bailey and Eva Bailey; his great grandchildren, Rylee and Kylie Burbage; and his mother-in-law Mattie Stewart Dowling.
In honor of Mr. Bailey, memorials may be made to Philadelphia Southern Methodist Church at 1655 Philadelphia St. Darlington, SC 29532.
