She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Watford, Sr. and Lula Mae Gainey; her husband Robert C. Atkinson, Sr.; her son Robbie C. Atkinson, Jr.; and her siblings, Patsy Watford, Melvin Watford and Myrtle Hodge.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa A. Sanders (Buck), Missy Baird, Tonya Ham (Gene), Shane Atkinson (Tonya) and Shasta Atkinson (Lee Grant); her grandchildren, Kasey, Kerri, Eddie, Chad, Meagan, Jacob, Chasity, Cori and Zachary; her siblings, Viola Oakley, Margaret Grier and Billy Watford (Kaye); and her daughter-in-law Linda Atkinson. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
