We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2024, at the age of 86, Sherry Davis of Darlington, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sherry may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Weaver and Clara Smith Weaver; her husbands, Robert Duncan Humphries and Rev. Jerry Davis; and her son Charles Duncan Humphries.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Marion Humphries (Tammy) and John Michael Humphries (Paula); and her stepsons, Jeff Davis of Florence, Dane Davis (Pam) of Florence and Sam Davis (Liz) of Winslow, Maine.. She is also survived by grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
