With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scotty Jeffords of Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnie Scott and Elodia Andrews Jeffords of Virginia; his wife Roberta Carter Jeffords; his sons, Jonathan Scott (Tara) of Florence, SC and James Carter (Elizabeth) of Columbia, SC.; his grandchildren, Grayson Caroline, Lucas Carter, Jonathan Andrews (Drew), Elizabeth Bethea (Libby) and Katherine Scott Jeffords (Kate); and his sisters, Winifred Rabb, Kay Jeffords of Darlington and Janice Johnson Lewis of Florence. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
