He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Egleston and Beatrice Waddell Norwood; his son Ray E. Norwood, III; and his brother Lide Norwood. He is survived by: his former spouse Claire Delorme; his daughter Lisa N. Wiley (Tim); his daughter-in-law Brandy Norwood Weaver; his wife Patricia "Patty" Biggers Norwood; his brothers, Wayne Norwood (Lola), Mike Norwood and Tim Norwood (Anne); his grandchildren, Taylor Wiley, Merritt Hardee Wallace (Sean), Sarah Hardee Chapman (Jay), Ren Norwood, Hank Sumner (Kristin), Mitch Parker (Kayli), Katharine Morrison (Lee), Blake Caudle (Christina), Kris Lambert (Ashley) and Dantzler Medd (Devin); and his great grandchildren, Nora Wallace, Law Wallace, Anniston Parker, Jackson Parker, Ace Morrison, Katelyn Morrison, Crosland Morrison, Chance Caudle, Paisley Caudle, Kali Rae Lambert and Quinn Lambert.
