She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Humphries and Mary Humphries; her husband Tollie Gainey; and her grandsons, Garrett Gainey and Hunter Gainey.
She is survived by: her children, Timmy Gainey (Tina), Allen Gainey (Donna), Patricia Rhodes (Wayne), Faye Meier (Terry) and Laurie Gainey; her grandchildren, Ashley Parker (Hunter), Kassie Caulder (Reed), Jessica Culpepper (Brandon), Ryan Rhodes (Kaitlyn), Kim Watford (Jonathan), Jamie Hampton (Carrie), Vicky Lee (Kelly) and Mallory Powell (Joey); and her brothers, Johnny Humphries and Buddy Humphries. She is also survived by her 16 great grandchildren; and her 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home (315 Pearl St, Darlington, SC 29532). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
