He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Baxley, Sr. and Lorrine Alford Tart. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Knight Baxley; his sons, Benjamin E. Baxley (Lisa) of Fleetwood, NC and Matthew C. Baxley of Dillon; his grandchildren, Emily, Lilly Ann, Reilly, Jayleah, Marina, Jessica and Morgan; his stepfather James E. Tart of Latta; his siblings, Malcolm Baxley (Glinda) of Elgin, Sandra Brigman (Johnny Mack) of Latta and Joyce Maddox (Don) of Columbia; his mother-in-law Suzanne Knight of Darlington; and his nieces, Sydney and Alexis Howell.
