He is survived by: his mother Ruby Green Melton of New Castle, DE; his siblings, Lisa Williams of Philadelphia, PA, Eric Melton of Philadelphia, PA and Allen Melton (Sheila) of Philadelphia, PA; his nephews, Aaron Williams, Adam Williams, Andrew Williams, Quentin Melton, IsaiahMelton and Ethan Melton; his great-niece Kensington; his uncle Harry Lee Carolina; and his aunts, Rosa Lee Carolina Head, Annie Murray and Carrie Green. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
