He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Arthur Lynch and Elena "Kathy" Stone Lynch Bagwell; his sisters, Thelma Chaudry and Jenny Jones; and his grandson Justin Lee Lynch.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Elizabeth "Libby" Lynch of Darlington; his children, Lawrence Lynch, Jr. (Wyndi) of Simpsonville, Gerald Lynch (Teresa) of Darlington, Beth Williams of Columbia, Tracy Gresham (Sean) of Florida, Robert Gainey (Jereh) of Florence and Julia Garcia (Efrain) of Gastonia; and his sister Lynn Morris (David) of Darlington. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
