He is survived by: his wife Desiree Litchfield Ethridge; his daughter Angelique O'Neal (Greg) of Hartsville; his grandchildren, Mariah King (Cole) and Logan Freeman; and his siblings, Hans Ethridge, Willhelmina Metts, Fritz Ethridge (Barbara), Tillmon Ethridge (Charlotte), William "Grover" Ethridge and Sarah Ethridge.
