It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Samuel Williamson of Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Willard Williamson, Sr.; her son Joseph Williamson; and her brothers, Theola Samuel (Alice Myhand), Nelson Samuel (Carrie McIver) and Tabby McIver.
She is survived by: her children, George Williamson, Jr. (Doretha) of Darlington, SC, Mary Robinson (Robert) of Hinesville, GA, Diane Williamson of Darlington, SC, Dorothy Stuart (Ronnie) of Schertz, TX and Ernest Williamson (Carol) of Society Hill, SC.; and her siblings, Pearl McIver of Augusta, GA and Jake McIver of Bronx, NY.
