He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Vernon Bazen and Bernice Smith Bazen; and his grandson Benjamin. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Helms and Desiree McLaughlin; his grandchildren, Sierra, Hartley and Devin; and his sisters, Belinda Lee (Nelson), Judy Moore (Billy) and Lisa Ralley (Snake). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
