He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Gage Purvis and Noah Mason Purvis; his uncle Paul Purvis (Elaine) of Florence; his fiancée Amber Filyaw; his brother Ronald "Jason" Blakely (Heather) of Florence; his aunt Sheryl Perkins (Bubba); and his uncles, Rodney Caulder (Judy), Raymond Caulder, Keith Purvis and Edward Purvis.
