He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Lee Powers and Jeanette Wright Powers; his wife Jewel Stanton Powers (Bunny); his sons-in-law, John F. Truluck and Daniel B. Causey III; and his brothers, Leon Powers and Delton Powers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie P. Truluck, Nancy P. Causey, Tara S. Powers and Brantlee P. Haire (Bill); and his grandsons, C. Cody Truluck (Rose), Daniel B. Causey IV (Juliana) and Caleb C. Haire.
