He is survived by: his wife Joy Forrest Goodson; his children, Jamie Goodson (Jamie) of Columbia, SC and Jill Rogers (Mike) of Darlington; his grandchildren, Brycen Rogers, Caleb Rogers, Newton Goodson, Graham Goodson and Landry Rogers; his pet McGee; and his sister Barbara Tisdale (George).
