He is survived by: his wife Annie Beatrice Cook (Adams); his children, Anne Cook of Charlotte and Wyman; his daughter-in-law Tracy Cook of Columbia; his grandchildren, Summer Cook, Charity Cook and Andrew Cook; and his siblings, Parry Cook and Peggy Singletary.
