She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Jones and Inez Lucky Jones; her husband Lucius L. Dubose, Sr.; her children, Winford Jones, Linda Deloris Dubose and Lucius L. Dubose, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Marva Grant Dubose; and her sister Loretta Quicksey (Zeb).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Faye Mills (Joseph) of Darlington, SC and Wanda Lanette Repass of Darlington, SC; her grandchildren, Roshonda Henry (Derrick), Anthony Q. Robinson, Deontrey L. Campbell and Mya L. Dubose; her stepgranddaughters, Makayla N. and Jada M. Staggers; her great grandchildren, Areyana N. Henry and Zanasia S. Scott; her siblings-in-law, Emma J. Williams of Darlington, SC, Judy L. Rush of Darlington, SC, Janice Dubose of Darlington, SC, Mary A. Williams (Horace) of Darlington, SC and Harry L. Dubose of Darlington, SC; her goddaughter Sakaya Chambers; her adoptive daughters, Lucille Ross and Juliette Miller; and her close friend Cheryl Ellerbe.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 1377 Society Hill Rd, Darlington, SC 29540. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthews United Church (102 Sallie St, Darlington, SC 29532). A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Faith Memorial Gardens.
