He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Marshall Sawyer; his children, Teresa S. Blackwell (Jeffrey) of Darlington and Johnny Lee Sawyer of Darlington; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Austin, Tristin and Ashton Sawyer; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Aurora and Waylon; and his siblings, Dorothy Lee Sawyer of Darlington and Roger Sawyer of Florence.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Belk Funeral Home (229 W Broad St, Darlington, SC 29532). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
