He was predeceased by: his brother Jeffrey "Jeff" Lee Kelly. He is survived by: his parents, Delores O'Neal Scurry and James R. Kelly (Dianne); his children, Brad Kelly (Khristina) and Chris Kelly (Amy); his half-sister Ashley Kelly Stanley (Josh); his grandchildren, Liam, LillyAnn and Elaina; and his stepgrandson Dalton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, special cousins and aunts and uncles.
