He is survived by: his children, Gary Amerson, Jr. (Ruthy), Dan Amerson (Missy), Kim Amerson Pate and Ashley Amerson (Joslynn); his stepchildren, Ronnie Leviner (Ronni) and Romana Hurley; his grandchildren, Dawn (Julia), Phillip (Nearer), Amber, Ryan, Stan (Jack), Daniel, Tabitha (Robert) and Tristan (Makayla); and his sister Gerri Lowrimore (Bill). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
