He is survived by: his wife Martha Hough West; his daughter Tay Frey; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Shelley (Scott), Carrie Perkins and Jake Mims (Casie); his great grandchildren, Carter Perkins, Cayden Perkins, Kip Perkins, Emma Shelley, Jack Shelley, Owen Shelley, Mabry Mims and Hamp Mims; and his caregivers, Ruthphine Graham, Kim Goins, Junior Robinson, Suzanne Romans, Diego and Solomon.
